Leeds Homes advertises properties let by private landlords who are members of the Leeds City Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS). This gives more choice to customers on the Leeds Homes Register. The LLAS has nearly 360 members and covers in excess of 16,800 bed spaces in the city. The scheme aims to encourage quality private rented accommodation which is in a good state of repair, safe, secure and hygienic. All private landlords who meet the required standards are encouraged to join. Private Landlords tenancies do not reflect the same terms and conditions of LCC tenancies.
