Alternatives to council housing

We advertise Leeds City Council and participating housing association rented homes only. Privately rented homes need to be accessed separately.  Leeds City Council have developed the Leeds Rental Standard which is a badge for private landlords to acquire which establishes an overarching minimum standard for privately rented accommodation across the city.

Leeds Housing Options

Leeds Housing Options aims to prevent homelessness.  They offer advice and assistance to those in housing and/or homelessness related need.  They offer advice on how to secure a homes whether this is council housing, housing association housing or privately rented accommodation.  The Leeds Housing Options service offers both a face to face and telephone service.
