**New Homes** Leeds Jewish Housing Association are pleased to offer 2 x 2 bedroom houses on a new development in Moortown. Preference will be given to customers in priority order, who have a local connection to the Moortown or Alwoodley ward in terms of housing, family or employment and who are in priority band A, B or C. All applicants will need to demonstrate an excellent tenancy record. We will consider an applicant’s rent payment history, issues of anti-social behaviour and overall tenancy record. References will be requested from social or private Landlords. (5 years history will be taken into account) When assessing your Local Connection to the ward area proof of the following will be required: Residence: currently live in or have lived in the ward area for 3 out of the last 5 years, or 6 months out of the last 12 months. Employment: employed within the ward or have confirmed employment within the ward area. Casual work is not included. Family: parents, brothers, sisters, or children who have lived in the ward area for 12 months or longer. Picture is an artists impression of the property.
